In a classic case of man bites dog, Beyond Chron has learned that Tom Ramm, a founder of the staunchly pro-landlord Small Property Owners of San Francisco, will be evicted today from his residence at 893 Elizabeth Street. After one year of litigation between the owner and Mr. Ramm, the trial judge ruled that Ramm was never a tenant at the premises. Ramm used his knowledge and expertise, gained during his years of landlord advocacy, to stall his ultimate eviction from the premises.
So much for landlord gratitude toward Ramm’s advocacy on their behalf.
