The Luggage Store, (509 Cultural Center), will be holding its 11th annual In the Street Festival. The event will be free to the public, and will feature over 40 free performances with over 150 participating artists. There will be music, theater, dance, live painting, hip hop, djs, circus arts, and interactive arts and crafts. The event will be held Friday, October 7, 5-10pm and Saturday, October 8, 11am-6pm on the 500 block of Ellis Street between Leavenworth and Hyde.
