“To try and paint LGBT people as supporting sex crimes against children should both energize the queer community against conservative forces and strengthen alliances with other groups who realize what a sick attack this is.”
You couldn’t be more right about energizing the community. The message that I had on my answering machine last week from a “Mother of 3 young children, calling on behalf of the Organization to Stop Same-sex Marriage” motivated me to contribute to Equality CA and HRC like no fundraising campaign ever could.
I enjoyed the article — keep up the good work.
