We give power to average citizens, which leads these people to prison. But we can’t trust commonsense thinking citizens to release them?My idea takes power from lawmakers. It is a new clemency process that gives the ultimate power to release prisoners to, pre-screened commonsense thinking citizens. It has all of what a “Sentencing commission” has and more.
