I am teaching and don’t have as much time as I would like to read for detail. However, Netflix, Reed Hastings I have a question: School boards and teacher’s unions are structures, though imperfect, which by debate and compromise can form responsible solutions. Is it possible that in 20 to 30 years the chartered institutions will reform boards and unions?Think about it, why is governance needed? In what ways does democracy protect the powerful from the weak and balance those with advantage and those with little advantage?
