Unless I am mistaken, paratransit vehicles and taxis, like other vehicles, have suspension systems that mitigate tilt when the passenger side of the vehicle is slightly higher than the passenger side. Unless I am mistaken, the MTA did test this. Perhaps it would be worth your while to confirm this.Could luck achieving your vision of a sterile Market Street with inefficient public transit.
