I THINK GOV.BROWN SHOULD NOT BE INVOLVED IN CA PRISON REFORM IT SEEM AS IF HE HAS HIS OWN PERSONAL INTREST FOR SOME REASON OR IT\’S A MONEY THING SEEM LIKE THE MORE PRISON YOU KEEP THE MORE MONEY YOU NEED TO HOUSE THEM. NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU KEEP A PRISONER LOCKED UP YOU STILL HAVE MORE COMING IN IT\’S A REVOLVING CYCLE YOUNGER AND YOUNGER SOME OLDER BUT NOT THAT MANY. ITS TIME TO LET SOME OF THE PRISONER GO LOWER LEVEL OFFENDERS, MEDIUM LEVEL OFFENDER 2 STRIKES OFFENDERS, 3 STRIKE OFFENDERS WHO HAVE SERVED 15 YRS OR MORE AS LONG AS ITS NOT A SERIAL KILLER,RAPEIST, CHILD MOLESTER, ARE SOME ONE WHO JUST GET OFF ON HURTING PEOPLES… SOME HOW YOU HAVE TO GIVE SOME PEOPLES SECOND CHANCES ….. YOU JUST CAN\’T KEEP THEM LOCK UP LIKE THAT WHAT IF THAT WAS YOU ARE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HOW WOULD YOU FEEL? EVEN IF THEY DID COMMIT A CRIME SOME HAVE PAID THE PRICE FOR THERE WRONG DOING AND HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT FOR THE REST OF THERE LIFE, GOD DID NOT MAKE MAN TO BE JUDGE AND RULER OF NO ONE YES YOU HAVE TO HAVE LAWS BUT HE DID\’NT SAY OVER DO IT!!!!!!! WE ALL WILL BE JUDGE ONE DAY AND NOT BY MAN AND YOU WILL WANT GOD TO UNDERSTAND AND FORGIVE YOU….
