To the Editor…

So glad someone is shedding light on this important issue! We just started at the City College of San Francisco and have been jumping thru many loops (how 2 access the books)to stay in the class. And sadly, I already have fell behind in my German class :We got lucky and had a student who “gifted” us 2 workbooks, then borrowed another from the SF Public Library, bought a used 1 on line for $21 instead of $60, went to the Mission street job center to make copies of an additional book the campus library would let us FOR ONLY 3 hours, and more. This is the death of the American student, make no mistake about it!
