Radical Women Meeting Tonight on Budget Cuts Imperiling Women

The activist group Radical Women has moved its public forums from the Mission District to the New Valencia Hall, at 625 Larking Street in the Uptown Tenderloin. Speakers at tonight’s event on the impact of state budget cuts on women include Lydia Blumberg: These Cuts Won’t Heal Coalition, Isaac Lev Szmonko: Californians for a Responsible Budget (CURB) and Norma Gallegos: Sisters United Front for Survival, a campaign of Radical Women.
