The Tenderloin Housing Clinic — along with the Shooting Gallery — is pleased to display our first in a series of nine art displays that will run throughout the year at D.A. Arts, curated by Jason Giarla. D.A. Arts is a gallery located at 135 6th Street, in a permanent window display visible from the exterior 24 hours a day.
Lafe Evans is a local art school graduate, and his work is currently at D.A. Arts until Saturday, March 22. With a combination of black-and-white pencil-like drawings of alligators, bats and trees along the wall — complemented with rainbow curves on the ceiling — Evans’ work is likely to intrigue the casual observer along Sixth Street. Come on down and take a look!
