Re: Was it Photoshop or Was the Hormuz Indicent Real, by Tommi Avicolli-Mecca
To the Editor:
Why is it that nobody exhales even the slightest breath of criticism of the presence of U.S. warships on the edges of the territorial waters of Iran? It doesn’t seem to cross anybody’s mind that the presence of heavily armed U.S. ships is provocative in and of itself. But no, the U.S. empire can intrude wherever it pleases and the simpering residents should just shut up and be grateful that they are being thus protected from whatever worse possibilities the emperor might dream up in his empty bed.
What kind of brouhaha would there be if some foreign Navy put warships on the edge of our territorial waters!?
Sincerely,
Deetje Boler
