Nice piece on Richmond, Randy. And re. being on the “front lines of the battle against climate change”, one thing you didn’t mention was that Richmond is implementing community choice aggregation (CCA), so there’s another evil Goliath in PG&E to fight in that battle, re. trying to protect CCA against PG&E’s sinister attempts to kill it (the latest being the Trojan horse state bill AB 2145).
