The entire LA County “justice” system needs to be cleaned out. From the courts to the probation department to the jails themselves. The system is rife with corruption. Once the corrupt persons are gone, the system will function the way it was supposed to. All these other factors, overcrowding, budget problems, etc., are all due to corruption. The voters keep voting the same Democrat cheaters in, so the County has only itself to blame for its problems.
