Subject: The Truth About Owner Move-In Evictions

I’M NOT A LANDLORD, BUT I BELIEVE THAT PROPERTY OWNERS SHOULD HAVE SOME RIGHTS.  I AM FAMILIAR WITH SOME LANDLORDS REFUSING TO RENT AT ALL DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY OF TENANT’S RIGHTS ABUSES SUCH AS DRUG ADDICTS MANUFACTURING DRUGS AND THREATENING TO SUE LANDLORDS FOR ANY EVICTIONS, EVEN THOUGH LANDLORD HAS TO LIVE WITH FIRE AND OTHER HAZARDS.

EITHER THE CITY BUILD MORE SUBSIDIZE HOUSING OR TENANTS SHOULD FIND ANOTHER CITY TO LIVE.  THERE ARE PLENTY OF UNSAVORY TENANTS WHO ABUSE THE SYSTEM, NOT PAYING RENT AND THE NEED FOR LANDLORDS TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY.

IT WOULD BE MORE PRODUCTIVE IF YOU ALSO DOCUMENT THE DIFFICULTIES SOME LANDLORDS FACE FROM BAD AND ABUSIVE TENANTS.

INCIDENTALLLY, WHY IS THE CITY CONDONING RICH TENANTS BEING ALLOWED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF RENT CONTROL.  MY FRIEND IS A MILLIONAIRE AND HAS BEEN PAYING POVERTY LEVEL RENT CONTROLS AT FOX PLAZA APARTMENT FOR OVER 40 YEARS.  WHY SHOULD RENT CONTROL TENANTS HAVE ALL THE LUCK.
