Subject: ‘Whose Schools? Our Schools’: Chicago Students Rise Up

The biggest problem in Chicago is the union for the 21st century.

There are just too many teachers who are not qualified or kept up with the latest teaching standards. Because of the union, those teachers can not be fired and are put to work in non-teaching jobs at various board of educations outlets at a great cost. There should be no teacher kept by tenure who lack teaching skills or qualifications.
